Collaborative research program to develop, test, and implement interventions to positively impact youth HIV prevention and care cascades
PRIDE, in collaboration with Dr. Sylvie Naar at Florida State University, is part of a $15.7 million grant awarded by the National Institute of Child and Human Development (NICHD) to become part of the Adolescent Medicine Trials Network for HIV/AIDS Interventions (ATN).
The program, called Scale It Up (Effectiveness-Implementation Research to Enhance HIV-related Self-Management Among Youth), is focused on the development, assessment of effectiveness, and dissemination of interventions for both HIV-positive and HIV-negative at-risk youth ages 15-24.
