Thank you for your interest in the PRIDE internship program! Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 health pandemic we have made the difficult decision to postpone our program indefinitely. If you would like to be considered for the program when we reopen to new interns, please send your application and we will defer it until then.
We currently have no timeline for when we will reopen the program to new interns, so please check back on our website for any announcements regarding upcoming semesters. We thank you for your patience and flexibility at this time!

For prospective or current interns interested in registering for courses 395, 396/398 (honors thesis): Please note that acceptance into this internship program is the first step in being able to register for internship or thesis credit via one of these courses with one of our Hunter faculty. However, acceptance into the internship program does not guarantee a placement with a faculty member for any of these courses. Enrollment in these courses will depend on whether faculty have the capacity to take on a student during any given semester and on a match in research interests, so students are encouraged to contact faculty shortly after acceptance into the internship program to assess the potential for sponsorship in any of these courses. Further, students who wish to do a thesis are strongly encouraged to spend at least one semester in our internship (which can be done with 201 or 395) before they plan to register for 396 and 398 (i.e., at least one full year before anticipated date of graduation).
